Job Position: Extrusion Machine Operator

Location: Twin Lakes, WI 53181

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr plus $1.50/hr shift differential

Shift: 2D shift (rotating), Mon-Sun, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Description:

We are looking for entry level extrusion machine operator candidates to join a growing industrial company, based in Walworth County, WI. No experience required. Our company offers extensive paid training in a safe environment. Shifts are 12-hours long, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Two-week rotation consists of working Monday and Tuesday; off Wednesday and Thursday: working Friday, Saturday, Sunday; off Monday and Tuesday; working Wednesday and Thursday; and off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Earn four hours of additional pay every two weeks.

Extrusion Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of efficient production techniques and practices.

• Responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments to maintain quality specifications.

• Ensure all supplies are in place as needed.

• Efficiently maintain the production of products.

• Conduct quality checks.

Extrusion Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have good communication skills.

• Ability to lift 70 pounds unassisted.

• Capacity to detect different shades of color.

• Proficiency to read and understand English.
