Location: Darien, WI 53114
Pay Rate: $19.15/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Thu, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities
Work in multiple production departments including Paint, Kit Assembly, Press, Rectangular/Cylindrical Tank Assembly, Etch, and Machine Shop.
Read and follow customer routers, work instructions, and production specifications.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently while following all safety procedures.
Assemble, prepare, inspect, and package tanks, parts, and customer kits.
Perform quality inspections, count parts accurately, and ensure products meet customer requirements.
Use hand tools and assist with production processes including grinding, tack welding, and machine operation.
Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Willingness to learn new skills and work in different areas of the facility.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; some areas require lifting up to 70 lbs.
