Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

We are currently hiring a Machine Operator in Genoa City, WI. The Machine Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the production process. Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to production standards and work instructions.

• Monitor machine performance and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Load materials and components into machines as required for production.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors of equipment or production issues.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.

• Keep workstations and production areas clean and organized.

• Support team efforts to meet daily production and operational goals.

Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
